3M™ 2091 P100 particulate filters provide respiratory protection against oil and non-oil based particles in professional environments requiring a high level of filtration. These filters are classified as P100, NIOSH approved, and are designed to be used with a wide range of reusable 3M™ respirators thanks to their bayonet connection, allowing for quick installation with a quarter turn.
Made with Advanced Electret Media (AEM), they ensure easier breathing while providing high filtration performance. Their lightweight design enhances comfort, and they are suitable for many industrial applications, including welding, sanding, spraying, paint preparation, and other environments generating dust, mists, and airborne particles.
These filters are suitable for concentrations up to 10 times the permissible exposure limit with a half mask, and up to 50 times the limit with a quantitatively tested full mask. They should not be used in immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) environments.
