The Ancona Inserta Chef II 28 in is a built-in hood designed to discreetly integrate into kitchen cabinets while providing robust suction performance. Made of 430 stainless steel, it offers enhanced durability and a finish suitable for contemporary kitchens.
Its motor reaches 600 CFM and has been independently tested to ensure its efficiency. The electronic control panel with 3 speeds includes an automatic shut-off function, convenient for extending ventilation after cooking. The lighting is provided by two 1.5 W LEDs, designed by Ancona to provide bright and energy-efficient light.
The hood uses 5-layer aluminum filters, designed to effectively capture grease while facilitating maintenance. Installation is done using a 6 in round duct (top venting), already compatible with standard kitchen cabinet configurations.
