With its reduced outer dimensions and significantly tighter bend radius compared to traditional R16 hoses, it easily fits into tight spaces while maintaining high mechanical strength.
Compatible with a wide variety of hydraulic fluids — including biodegradable oils such as polyol esters, polyglycols, and vegetable oils — it exceeds the requirements of the standards SAE 100R16, SAE 100R2, ISO 11237 2SC R16, ISO 1436 2SN R2, as well as the performance requirements of EN 857 2SC and EN 853 2SN.
Available with the coatings XtraTuff™ or MegaTuff™, it offers up to 25 times (XtraTuff) or 300 times (MegaTuff) more abrasion resistance than standard hoses, significantly improving lifespan in harsh environments. Tested up to 600,000 impulse cycles, it ensures superior reliability in intensive applications.
