Instructions for use

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the surface to 71 °C (150 °F) then turn off the device before application.

Grills:

  1. Prepare a solution of equal parts BIOGRILL and water.
  2. Apply generously with a cloth or brush.
  3. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Wipe with a damp cloth and then rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
  5. Apply a thin layer of grease to prevent rust.

Commercial ovens:

  1. Use BIOGRILL undiluted.
  2. Spread the product on walls, grates, burners, and windows.
  3. Let sit for 5 to 15 minutes.
  4. For stubborn stains, scrub with a soft nylon pad.
  5. Wipe and then rinse with drinking water. Dry.

Fryers:

  1. Remove excess grease.
  2. Fill with cold water up to 10 cm (4 in) from the edge.
  3. Add 1 part BIOGRILL to 40 parts water.
  4. Boil 30 minutes, empty, rinse with hot water and scrub the residue while it is still warm.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with potable water and dry.
Precautions in food industries
  1. Rinse all surfaces in direct contact with food with potable water after cleaning.
  2. Avoid any food contamination during use.
  3. Do not store in food processing or storage areas.
