Instructions for use

General preparation:

  1. Preheat the surface to71 °C (150 °F).
  2. Turn off the device before applying the product.

Grills:

  1. Apply the product generouslyundilutedusing a cloth or brush.
  2. Let it sit for5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Wipe with a clean, damp cloth.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
  5. Apply a thin layer of grease to prevent rust.

Commercial ovens:

  1. Use the productundiluted.
  2. Spread on walls, grates, burners, and windows using an applicator.
  3. Let it sit for5 to 15 minutes.
  4. For stubborn stains, scrub with a soft nylon pad.
  5. Wipe with a damp cloth.
  6. Rinse thoroughly with drinking water.
  7. Dry.

Fryers:

  1. Remove excess grease.
  2. Fill the fryer with cold water up to 10 cm (4 in) from the edge.
  3. Add1 part cleaner to 10 parts water.
  4. Boil for30 minutes.
  5. Drain.
  6. Rinse with hot water.
  7. Scrub the greasy residue while it is still warm.
  8. Rinse with potable water.
  9. Dry.
Precautions for food factories
  • Rinse all surfaces that come into direct contact with food with potable water.
  • Avoid any food contamination during use.
  • Do not store in food processing or storage areas.
